5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by BuzFind remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. BuzFind retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during our engagement.
