The Infrastructure Crisis:
Data Blind Spots Are Costing You Money.
You have Google Analytics installed. Maybe Search Console too. But when it comes time to make a decision, you still go with your gut. The data is there, but it is hard to know what it is telling you.
A lot of businesses collect data but rarely use it. GA4 is installed, but events are not set up, goals are set up wrong, and many sales show no clear source. Money can slip away for months before anyone notices.
The bigger problem is time. Even when the data is clean, someone has to read it, understand it, and figure out what to do about it. That takes hours most business owners do not have. So the dashboards sit there collecting dust while decisions get made on instinct instead of evidence.

Technical Blueprint:
The Tracking Check, Step by Step.
Tracking Setup Audit
Checks whether a tracking tag like GA4, Google Tag Manager, or another tool loads on each page it reads, and lists pages where it is missing. If tracking is missing, the numbers can't be trusted, so this check comes first. It cannot log into GA4, so it does not see your goals or reports.
Calls and Forms to Track
Finds the phone links, call buttons, email links, and forms on your pages. These are the actions most worth tracking as goals, so it tells you which ones to set up first.
Topic Gap Finder
Reads your page titles and headings and spots topics where one strong page stands alone. It suggests supporting pages that could lift the whole topic. Note: this is a snapshot audit, not live around-the-clock alerts.
Plain-Language Insight Layer
Turns what it finds into a short, plain-language list: up to 5 things to fix, in order. Instead of raw charts, you get directions like "add call tracking" or "merge these three near-copy pages." Pairs with our Lead Hunter, which checks whether every page gives visitors a way to reach you.
Revenue source: often "unknown"
Calls and forms: not tracked
Seasonal planning: gut feeling
Data review frequency: once a quarter (maybe)
// Status: decisions made on guesswork
Revenue source: tracking fixes listed
Calls and forms: named as goals to set up
Topic gaps: listed
Next steps: up to 5 fixes, in order
// Status: you know what to fix first
Strategic Execution:
Examples of What This Agent Checks.
Example: a SaaS company feels its numbers look off. Events may not be firing, and many sales show no source. Every marketing choice rests on weak data.
The Analytic Seer would check whether a tracking tag loads on every page it reads, and which sign-up forms and buttons should be tracked as goals. You get a list of tracking fixes to make first, so the data can be trusted.
Example: a retailer runs the same promotions every year and cannot tell which ones work. Holiday plans are based on gut feeling.
The Analytic Seer would check that a tracking tag loads on the sales and promotion pages it reads, and name the buttons and forms worth tracking. You get ranked steps to set up before the busy season, so next year you can see which promotions worked.
Example: a business gets a long monthly report full of charts from its marketing agency. Nobody reads it, so nobody knows which efforts work.
The Analytic Seer cannot read that report, but it can check the site the report is about. It points out missing tracking in plain words, so future reports can show what is really working.
24-Point Tracking Checklist.
Every run works through this checklist on the pages it reads. Each run reports the top 5 issues, with a score from 0 to 100.
Analytics Tracking - Questions Answered.
What data sources does the Analytic Seer work with?
It works from what it can see on your site: the tracking tags, scripts, links, and forms on the pages it reads (up to 12), plus our site checks. It cannot log into GA4 or Search Console, and you cannot upload exports to it. It does not connect to your CRM or ad platforms.
Do I need to know analytics to use this agent?
No. The agent turns what it finds into plain-language advice. You get clear steps like 'your call button clicks are not tracked, and here is how to fix that' instead of raw numbers and charts you have to figure out on your own.
Can it forecast my traffic or spot trends?
No. It does not see your traffic numbers, so it does not forecast. What it does is make sure tracking is in place, so the numbers you see in GA4 can be trusted when you plan.
Can it find revenue leaks in my data?
It can find the common causes. The agent checks your tracking setup and points out where money may be slipping away. Common finds include pages with no tracking tag, calls and forms nobody tracks, and near-copy pages that split your visitors. It cannot see your sales or rankings.
How fast will I see actionable insights?
You get your report when the check finishes. It is a snapshot in time, not live monitoring. Start a new run after big changes to see what has shifted.
Does the Analytic Seer replace Google Analytics?
No. It works alongside GA4 and the tools you already use. It checks that your tracking tag is in place, spots what matters, and tells you what to do about it, so you do not have to stare at dashboards all day.
