If we host your site, hosting is $19/mo on your own domain, and the first month is paid at checkout with your build. You can cancel hosting anytime. You bring your own domain name (we do not sell domain names).
Revisions during the build are unlimited until you approve the preview. After approval, changes are $110 an hour for customers with our hosting or an agent plan, with a written estimate first. Extra pages are added when you order: $29 per content page on any package, and $75 per product page on E-Commerce. You are responsible for your own Stripe account and processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US), domain registration, business email, and any other third-party services. BuzFind does not mark up or rebill these costs.

Included in every package
- A set number of pages: 2 (Web Presence), 4 (Business Website), 4 plus a blog (Blog Website), or 5 pages plus 20 product pages with a cart and Stripe checkout (E-Commerce). Extra pages are $29 each, and extra products are $75 each.
- A design built for phones first. You can open the preview on your own phone and computer before you approve it.
- A contact page with tap-to-call and email buttons. A contact form is not part of the packages, but we can add one as a custom extra, billed by the hour.
- An SEO-ready build: every page gets its own title and description, clean headings, schema markup, and a sitemap Google can read. Ongoing SEO work, like keyword research, content, and local SEO, is a separate service.
- An SSL certificate (the padlock and HTTPS), included for as long as we host your site. If you host it somewhere else, SSL is up to that host.
- If we host your site: hosting is $19 a month. The first month is paid at checkout with your build.
- Unlimited revisions to the preview before you approve it. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Help after launch, and what it costs
- Hosting ($19 a month) keeps your site online, with SSL and backups. It doesn't include changes.
- If we host your site, you can change the words on your pages yourself, any time, from your dashboard.
- Other changes after launch (new photos, a new service, a new page) for hosting or plan customers: $110 an hour, with a written estimate first. Just open a support ticket.
- No hosting or plan with us: $150 an hour for a single request, with a 1-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute steps. You get a written estimate before we start.
- Several things to fix at once? Buy a block of hours: 5 hours for $625 ($125/hour) or 10 hours for $1,100 ($110/hour). Blocks are good for 12 months.

What you own
Your business's website is yours: the design, the code, and the words. If you choose self-hosting, you get the full source code when the site is delivered. If we host your site, ask any time and we send you a full copy. Your domain name should be registered in your name, with an email address you control.
Your part
- Buy your own domain name from any domain company and add the DNS records we give you, so it points to your new site. We do not sell domain names yet.
- Renew your domain name on time. If it lapses, your site and email stop working.
- Keep your hosting paid if we host your site.
- Keep your own copies of everything you send us: your logo, photos, and the words for your pages.
- Send us real photos and real facts about your business, and check that everything the site says is true before you approve it.

What kind of website does the Site Builder create?
A business website built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. The Business Website package includes a homepage, services page, about page, and contact page, with tap-to-call and email buttons. Web Presence is a homepage and a contact page. Every page gets its own SEO meta tags and JSON-LD structured data, a layout that works on phones, and fast load times.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You pick a style from our template gallery and tell us your business name, what you do, where you are located, and your contact info. The Site Builder handles the code, the design, and the SEO setup, and we handle the hosting if you choose it. Your part is checking the preview and pointing your domain at the site with the DNS records we give you.
Where is my website hosted?

For the Web Presence and Business Website packages, the preview is usually ready the same day. The Blog Website takes 1 to 2 business days. The E-Commerce store takes 5 to 7 business days after a short planning call. You check the preview, ask for any changes, and the site goes live when you approve it.
Can I make changes after the site is built?
Yes, at three stages. First, during the build: ask for as many changes as you want before you approve the preview. That is included in the Site Builder price. Second, after approval, if we host your site: change the words on your pages yourself, any time, with Edit my site in your dashboard. For anything else, like swapping images, adding a service area, or adding a new page, open a support ticket. Those changes are $110 an hour, with a written estimate first. We back up the site before each change so it can be undone. Third, after approval with no hosting or plan with us: we can still help for $150 an hour for a single request (1-hour minimum, written estimate first), or a prepaid block of 5 hours for $625 or 10 hours for $1,100. Hosting and plan customers pay $110 an hour for bigger jobs.
