Full Hands-On Care
For WordPress or Shopify sites, you set us up with our own backend user account. Then we can fix broken links, update plugins, and clean up your database for you.
The "Privacy First" Option
If your company's security rules don't allow shared logins, that's okay. We check the site and send you a report of the 404 errors, security risks, and updates we find, so your team can make the changes.
Hosting and hourly help
Hosting keeps your site online, with SSL and backups. Changes and fixes are billed by the hour, whether we host your site or not, or you can pick a monthly care plan below. You always get a written estimate before any hourly work starts.

SSL included with our hosting. No extra cost.
When your site is hosted with BuzFind, the SSL certificate (the padlock and HTTPS in the browser bar) is included at no charge, on every domain we host, for as long as your hosting stays active. It renews on its own. If your site is hosted somewhere else, SSL is up to that host.
Our maintenance process
Look Things Over
We start by looking over your site for weak spots, out-of-date software, and broken links. Then we send you a written estimate.
Hosting and Backups
If we host your site, we keep it running, keep your SSL active, and keep backups. Changes and fixes are billed by the hour.
Bigger Jobs by the Hour
Plugin updates, fixes, and new features are billed by the hour, with a written estimate first. It is $110 an hour if you host with us or have a plan, and $150 an hour if not.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I need to provide backend access?
To fix broken links or update plugins, we need to log in to your site. For WordPress, we suggest making a separate "Administrator" or "Editor" account just for us.
What if I don't want to share my login details?
That's fine. We can still check your site from the outside and send you a report of the issues we find, so your own team can make the changes.
My site is running fine. Do I really need regular care for it?
Yes. Plugins and site software get security fixes all the time, and a site that skips them is easier for hackers to break into. Regular care usually costs less than an emergency fix after a site crashes or gets blacklisted.
Can I start with Maintenance and add SEO later?
Yes. You can start with maintenance and add SEO whenever you're ready. Our SEO options are our AI agent plans and our Local SEO plans.
