We skip heavier CMS platforms and page builders on purpose. Every extra plugin or page-builder layer adds load time, so fewer layers means a faster site for your visitors and for Google.

1. Discovery & Strategy
We start by learning about your business goals, your customers, and your competitors. On a free 30-minute call, we plan your site's pages, main messages, and what you want visitors to do, before we write any code.
2. Design & Prototyping
You get a preview link: a working copy of your site that you can click through on your phone and computer before it goes live. We change it based on your feedback until you are happy with it.
3. Development & SEO Foundation
We build your site with fast, clean code and add schema markup, meta tags, and proper headings from day one, so it launches SEO-ready.
4. Testing & Launch
Your preview is a real web address, so you can open it on your phone and computer before anything goes live. You can also paste it into Google PageSpeed Insights to see how fast it loads. If something looks wrong or feels slow, tell us and we fix it before you approve it.
Built-in performance (development vs. SEO)
Every site is built with clean code and a responsive design, so it looks good on every phone. It also follows the technical standards in Google's Search Essentials from day one.
Web development is separate from Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Your site is ready for search engines the day it launches. Ongoing SEO work, like content, audits, and local SEO, is a separate paid service.
We offer different SEO plans, from basic to full-service, depending on how much help you want. We never promise a ranking or a date.

Our Site Builder AI agent builds most websites the same day, and an online store in 5 to 7 business days after a short planning call. You pay a one-time build fee, with no surprise charges.

Two ways to get your website, explained plainly
Some owners want a good site fast at a fixed price. Others want to sit down with a person and plan every page. We do both, and you should know up front how each one works.
1. The Site Builder packages above
- You pick a style and fill in a short form: choose a look from our template gallery, then add your business name, town, services, domain name, and your logo (or we make a simple one).
- You pay the one-time price shown, plus the first month of hosting if we host the site.
- The Site Builder writes starter text from your order and builds your pages. You can watch its progress in your dashboard.
- You check the preview on your own phone and ask for changes as many times as you need.
- You approve, and it goes live. If BuzFind manages your domain, we connect it for you. If it is managed somewhere else, we send you the DNS records to add at your domain company and help you set them up. The SSL padlock is included either way. If you chose self-hosting, you download the full code instead. After launch, hosted owners can change their site's words any time from the dashboard.
2. A custom project with an experienced web designer
- A free 30-minute call. We talk about your goals, your customers, and what the site must do.
- A written quote before any work starts. It lists the pages, the features, the price, the timeline, and what help after launch costs.
- Design, build, and testing, following the four steps above, with you seeing progress along the way.
- Launch only when you are happy. How long it takes depends on the kind of site and how soon we get your photos and content. Your quote spells it out.

What you get, in writing
Before you pay, you should know exactly what you are buying. Here it is, with nothing hidden.
Included in every package
- A set number of pages: 2 (Web Presence), 4 (Business Website), 4 plus a blog (Blog Website), or 5 pages plus 20 product pages with a cart and Stripe checkout (E-Commerce). Extra pages are $29 each, and extra products are $75 each.
- A design built for phones first. You can open the preview on your own phone and computer before you approve it.
- A contact page with tap-to-call and email buttons. A contact form is not part of the packages, but we can add one as a custom extra, billed by the hour.
- An SEO-ready build: every page gets its own title and description, clean headings, schema markup, and a sitemap Google can read. Ongoing SEO work, like keyword research, content, and local SEO, is a separate service.
- An SSL certificate (the padlock and HTTPS), included for as long as we host your site. If you host it somewhere else, SSL is up to that host.
- If we host your site: hosting is $19 a month. The first month is paid at checkout with your build.
- Unlimited revisions to the preview before you approve it. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Help after launch, and what it costs
- Hosting ($19 a month) keeps your site online, with SSL and backups. It doesn't include changes.
- If we host your site, you can change the words on your pages yourself, any time, from your dashboard.
- Other changes after launch (new photos, a new service, a new page) for hosting or plan customers: $110 an hour, with a written estimate first. Just open a support ticket.
- No hosting or plan with us: $150 an hour for a single request, with a 1-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute steps. You get a written estimate before we start.
- Several things to fix at once? Buy a block of hours: 5 hours for $625 ($125/hour) or 10 hours for $1,100 ($110/hour). Blocks are good for 12 months.

What you own
Your business's website is yours: the design, the code, and the words. If you choose self-hosting, you get the full source code when the site is delivered. If we host your site, ask any time and we send you a full copy. Your domain name should be registered in your name, with an email address you control.
Your part
- Buy your own domain name from any domain company and add the DNS records we give you, so it points to your new site. We do not sell domain names yet.
- Renew your domain name on time. If it lapses, your site and email stop working.
- Keep your hosting paid if we host your site.
- Keep your own copies of everything you send us: your logo, photos, and the words for your pages.
- Send us real photos and real facts about your business, and check that everything the site says is true before you approve it.
SSL included with our hosting. No extra cost.
When your site is hosted with BuzFind, the SSL certificate (the padlock and HTTPS in the browser bar) is included at no charge, on every domain we host, for as long as your hosting stays active. It renews on its own. If your site is hosted somewhere else, SSL is up to that host.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on which way you build. With the Site Builder, Web Presence and Business Website previews are built the same day, a Blog Website in 1 to 2 business days, and a store in 5 to 7 after a short planning call. For a custom site we design ourselves, the time depends on the kind of site you want and how soon you can send us everything we need. You get the timeline in writing with your quote, before any work starts. Either way, how fast you review the preview and send real photos makes the biggest difference.
What is the difference between an SEO-Ready site and an SEO Service?
An SEO-ready site has clean, fast code, so Google can crawl it easily. An SEO Service is the ongoing work that helps your site compete with other businesses in search. It is a separate paid service, and no one can promise a ranking.
Do I own my website once it's finished?
Yes. You own the design, the code, and the content.
Is there a contact page?
Every package includes a contact page with tap-to-call and email buttons, your service area, and your hours. A contact form can be added as a custom feature.
Do you build on WordPress or a website builder like Wix or Squarespace?
No. We build every site with Next.js and Tailwind CSS instead. That means no plugin updates to keep up with, no builder slowing your pages down, and no monthly platform fee on top of what you pay us. If we host your site, you can change the words on your pages yourself, any time, with Edit my site in your dashboard. Bigger changes, like new pages or new photos, we make for you at our hourly rate, with a written estimate first.
What happens after my site launches - do you offer maintenance?
It depends on what you need. Our $19/mo hosting keeps your site online, with an SSL certificate and backups included. Hosting doesn't include changes. Updates like these are billed by the hour, with a written estimate first, at $110 an hour for hosting customers. Want our AI agents to check your site for problems too?
