Are these real AI agents or just labels?

Real AI. Each agent is a specialized model trained on a specific area of SEO (keyword research, technical audit, schema, etc.). They run on our own hardware, not OpenAI or Google. Low marginal cost is why our pricing can be 10x cheaper than agencies.

Are there contracts?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any time from your dashboard. No setup fees, no cancellation fees.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active for the rest of the billing period you already paid for and the next renewal does not happen.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The monthly subscription is what you pay. No setup, no platform fees, no data fees. Optional add-ons (Site Builder, one-time audits) are clearly priced separately.

Which plan should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Most customers should start with Squad ($179/mo, 3 agents). If you only need help with one specific thing, Soloist ($79/mo) is fine. If you're a growing business in a competitive market, Department ($349/mo) or Empire ($1,399/mo) gives you more coverage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades activate immediately (you pay prorated difference). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Log in, click Settings, then Billing, then Cancel. Confirm. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't do retention calls or hidden cancel buttons.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated. Whether you cancel on day 2, mid-month, or in the last week, you keep full access through the end of that billing period and we do not refund the unused days.

The next renewal simply does not happen. This is the same way Netflix, Spotify, and most monthly SaaS subscriptions work.

If something specific went wrong (signed up by mistake within 24 hours, an agent caused real harm), call Al at (484) 662-3084 and we will work it out case-by-case.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Data stays for 90 days in case you change your mind. After 90 days, everything is permanently deleted.

Can I get a refund on a Site Builder or Audit purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes if work hasn't started yet (within 24 hours of purchase). Once an audit report is delivered or a site is built, refund is at our discretion.

Will using AI agents hurt my SEO or get my site banned?

Accepted Answer

No. BuzFind agents follow Google's published guidelines. They do not buy backlinks, generate spam, cloak pages, mass-produce thin doorway pages, or use any technique that violates Google's Spam Policies.

Every output is written for humans first, with the E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust) Google rewards.

Sites that get banned are the ones using black-hat tactics: mass auto-generated content, link networks, hidden text. None of those are in our toolkit.

Is AI-written content allowed by Google?

Yes. Google's official guidance (published in 2023 and reaffirmed since) is clear: AI content is fine as long as it is helpful, accurate, and people-first. The phrase Google uses is "however content is produced, those who want to succeed in Google Search should be looking to produce original, high-quality, people-first content demonstrating qualities E-E-A-T." That is exactly the bar we hold every BuzFind output to.

Are AI-written articles low quality?

Not the way BuzFind does it. The Authority Content Creator agent crawls your existing site to learn your voice and internal linking, pulls real facts from your business profile (name, address, services, hours), and writes at a 7th-grade reading level with specific examples.

It avoids the corporate filler ("In today's digital world...", "It is important to note...") that makes most AI content easy to spot.

You review every draft before it publishes. Nothing goes live without your approval.

How do I know an agent will not break my website?

Two safety nets.

(1) Every change runs through your approval queue first. The agent shows you a diff or preview, you click Approve, then it goes live. Nothing modifies your site silently.

(2) Every change is backed up before it is applied. If something looks wrong after going live, click Roll Back from your dashboard and the site returns to the previous state.

Has Google penalized any BuzFind customer?

No. We have been operating since 2004 (originally as a human SEO consultancy in Reading, Pennsylvania, now AI-powered from Portland, Indiana) and have never had a customer hit with a Google manual action under our work.

The Brand Guardian agent specifically watches for the early signals that precede a manual action (sudden ranking drops, indexing changes, unnatural backlink patterns) so issues are caught before they become penalties.

Do AI agents actually work, or is this just hype?

They work for the recurring, well-defined SEO tasks that make up 80% of the labor: technical audits, schema generation, content drafts, citation checks, GBP updates, image optimization.

For high-stakes strategy or sensitive customer-facing work, a human stays in the loop. BuzFind is built so an agent does the legwork and a human (you, your team, or our consultants) approves the output.

That hybrid is faster, cheaper, and more consistent than either pure-AI or pure-human alone.

Do I have to manage the agents?

No. They run automatically based on what your site needs. You see what they're doing in your dashboard and approve any major changes (like new content or schema additions).

How often do agents run?

Most run continuously: scanning, fixing, monitoring. The audit agents run on demand or weekly. The content agents run when you approve a draft.

Can I turn off a specific agent?

Yes. In Settings → Agents you can pause any agent without changing your tier. Useful if you're working on something manually and don't want the AI to interfere.

How long until I see results?

30 days for technical fixes (faster site, fixed indexing). 60 days for first ranking improvements. 90 days for meaningful traffic. 180 days for compounding gains. Anyone promising overnight results is lying.

What if I don't see results?

After 90 days, if your rankings haven't moved at all, call Al. We'll review what we've done, what's blocking progress, and either fix it or refund the previous month.

Does BuzFind guarantee #1 rankings?

No, and run from anyone who does. Google rankings depend on factors outside our control (your competitors, algorithm changes, link profile). We guarantee we'll do the work, not specific positions.

I can't log in. What do I do?

Click Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam, or call (484) 662-3084 for manual reset.

What's the difference between an audit (in my plan) and a Website Audit (paid)?

The audits in your monthly plan are automated reports the agents produce continuously. Website Audits ($147-$597 one-time) are deeper, written-by-humans reports delivered as a PDF, covering one specific area in detail.

What is Site Builder?

Site Builder ($299-$1,499 one-time) builds you a working website from scratch in 5-10 minutes. We use your wizard inputs (business name, services, location) and the AI generates a 1-4 page Next.js site with your trade-specific photos. You review the preview, approve, and we publish it.

Do you do paid ads?

No. SEO and website services only. We don't run Google Ads or Meta campaigns.

Can BuzFind write blog content for me?

Yes, the Authority Content Creator agent writes long-form articles. Most plans include a few articles per month. Higher tiers include more. You can also buy article packs as add-ons.

Do I need to give you access to my website?

For most things, no. We crawl your site like Google does. For deeper fixes (editing your code, adding schema), you'd give us read-only or write access depending on what you want done.
