About BuzFind
BuzFind is an SEO company for small businesses. We have 25 AI agents that do the checking and first-draft work (technical audits, content drafts, local SEO checks, schema markup, and more). They read your website and write reports or drafts, and you decide what to use. That keeps our prices far below a traditional agency.
We started in 2004 in Reading, Pennsylvania, and we are now based in Portland, Indiana. Today our team of experienced web designers, developers, SEO professionals, and marketing specialists does the work, and we have helped small businesses with SEO for over 20 years.
Real AI. Each agent is an AI model set up for one area of SEO (keyword research, technical audits, schema, and so on) with its own instructions. They run on our own hardware, not OpenAI or Google. That keeps our costs low, which is why our prices are lower than most agencies.
Pricing and Plans
Plans start at $129/mo (Soloist, 1 agent) and go up to $1,799/mo (Empire, all 25 agents). You can add extra agents to any plan for $59/mo each. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time from your dashboard. No setup fees, no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active for the rest of the billing period you already paid for and the next renewal does not happen.
No. You pay the monthly price of your plan, with no setup, platform, or data fees. Extra agents ($59/mo each), Site Builder websites, and one-time audits are optional, and each has its own listed price.
For most small businesses, Squad ($249/mo, 3 agents) is a good place to start. If you only need help with one specific thing, Soloist ($129/mo) is fine. If you're a growing business in a competitive market, Department ($499/mo) or Empire ($1,799/mo) gives you more coverage.
Yes, any time. Upgrades activate immediately (you pay prorated difference). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No, there is no free trial. What is free: a basic SEO audit and a 30-minute call. Run the 30-second free audit at /free-audit/ to see what our agents find on your site. No credit card needed.
Refunds and Cancellation
Log in to your dashboard and click Manage billing. In the billing portal, click Cancel plan and confirm. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't make retention calls or hide the cancel button.
No. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated. Whether you cancel on day 2, mid-month, or in the last week, you keep full access through the end of that billing period and we do not refund the unused days.
The next renewal simply does not happen. This is the same way Netflix, Spotify, and most monthly SaaS subscriptions work.
If something specific went wrong (for example, you signed up by mistake), open a support ticket and choose "Billing or refund question". A real person on our team will look into it and get back to you.
We keep your account and reports in case you come back. If you want your data deleted, open a support ticket or send us a message, and we delete it for you.
They are not refunded automatically. If something went wrong with a purchase, open a support ticket from your dashboard and choose "Billing or refund question". A real person on our team will look into it and get back to you.
AI safety and your SEO
No. BuzFind agents follow Google's published guidelines. They do not buy backlinks, generate spam, cloak pages, mass-produce thin doorway pages, or use any technique that violates Google's Spam Policies.
Every output is written for people first, with the E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust) Google looks for.
Sites get banned for black-hat tactics like mass auto-generated content, link networks, and hidden text. We don't use any of them.
Yes. Google's official guidance (published in 2023 and reaffirmed since) is clear: AI content is fine as long as it is helpful, accurate, and people-first. The phrase Google uses is "however content is produced, those who want to succeed in Google Search should be looking to produce original, high-quality, people-first content demonstrating qualities E-E-A-T." We hold every BuzFind output to that same bar.
They don't have to be. The Authority Content Creator agent uses the facts in your business profile (name, address, services, hours) and the topic you give it. It writes at a 7th-grade reading level, uses specific examples, and is told never to make up statistics.
It avoids the corporate filler ("In today's digital world...", "It is important to note...") that makes most AI content easy to spot.
The agent never publishes anything. It gives you a draft, and you review and edit it before you put it on your site.
It stays with us. Our AI agents run on our own servers, not on another company's AI service. What you share with them, like your website address, your business details and your questions, is handled there and is not sent to an outside AI company.
A few other services still do their own job, like Stripe for payments and our email provider for messages. Our privacy policy lists each one.
If we do not host your site, our AI agents never change it. They read your pages the way a visitor or Google would, then write reports and drafts. You (or your web person) decide what to change.
If we host your site, it changes only in three ways: fixes you approve in your dashboard (we save a backup first, and a fix that fails to build is rolled back), text you edit yourself, and changes you ask our team to make. We send a written estimate before any paid work.
Want help with a change? Open a support ticket from your dashboard. Add a US phone number and we will call you back, or a WhatsApp number if you are outside the US.
Not that we know of. We have been doing this since 2004 (first as a human SEO consultancy in Reading, Pennsylvania, now with AI agents from Portland, Indiana), and we stay inside Google's rules for every client.
We don't buy links, join link schemes, or use hidden text, which are the usual reasons Google hands out a manual action.
They work well for repeat, clearly defined SEO checks: technical audits, schema drafts, content drafts, and image checks. Each task gives you a report or a draft.
For big strategy calls or anything sensitive, a person stays in the loop. The agent does the legwork, and you (or your team) decide what to use. Every paid audit is also reviewed by an experienced SEO professional before it is sent.
How the agents work
Not much. You start a task by typing a request into an agent's chat in your dashboard. The agent reads your site and sends back a report or draft, usually within the hour. If we do not host your site, nothing changes on it unless you (or your web person) make the change. If we host it, a fix goes live only after you approve it.
Agents run when you ask them to. Each task checks your site as it is that day. Run it again after you make changes to see what improved.
You don't need to. Agents only work when you start a task, so none of them run in the background or change your site while you work on it.
Each plan covers one primary website. To add additional sites, contact us for a multi-site quote.
Results and timeline
Technical fixes, like a faster site or fixed indexing, usually go live within the first month. Many businesses start to see ranking changes in about 2 to 3 months, depending on competition. We never promise a date. Anyone promising overnight results is not being honest with you.
Open a support ticket or call us. We will go over what we have done, what is holding your site back, and what we should change next. We do not offer refunds for past months, and you can cancel anytime.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google rankings depend on factors outside our control (your competitors, algorithm changes, link profile). The only guarantee we make is that our work will always be ethical and done right, not a specific spot on Google.
Account and login
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam, or call (484) 662-3084 for manual reset.
Open a support ticket from your dashboard, and we'll change it for you.
Currently single-user per account. Multi-user (team accounts) is on the roadmap.
Add-on services
The reports in your monthly plan come from the agents whenever you run a task. Website Audits ($297 to $1,797 one-time) go deeper on one area. For most of them, our AI agents run the checks, then an experienced SEO professional reviews your site and checks every finding by hand before you get the PDF. The Competitor Gap, Backlink, and Google Business Profile audits are done fully by hand.
Site Builder ($599-$3,499 one-time) builds you a working website from your wizard answers (business name, services, location), with photos that fit your trade: 2 pages (Web Presence), 4 pages (Business Website), 4 pages plus a blog, or a full store with 5 pages, 20 product pages, a cart, Stripe checkout, stock, shipping and tax, and a Google Shopping feed. The preview is usually ready the same day for the smaller sites, 1 to 2 business days for a blog, and 5 to 7 for a store after a short planning call. You review the preview, approve it, and we publish it. After launch, if we host your site, you can change its words yourself from your dashboard.
No. SEO and website services only. We don't run Google Ads or Meta campaigns.
Yes. The Authority Content Creator agent writes long-form article drafts that you review, edit, and post. It is one of the agents you can pick in your plan, or add for $59/mo.
Technical questions
No. Our agents read your site from the outside, the same way Google does. If you hire us to make changes for you, we'll ask only for the access that job needs.
No. If we do not host your site, our agents never change it. They read it and write reports and drafts. If we host your site, an agent fix goes live only after you approve it in your dashboard, and we save a backup first. Other changes are made by you, your web person, or by us when you ask.
If a report or draft gets something wrong, open a support ticket and we'll look at it. On sites we host, every approved fix gets a backup first, and a fix that fails to build is rolled back. On other sites, our agents don't change anything, so they can't break it.
