Common questions
Is this real business email, or just a forwarder?
Yes, these are real mailboxes on our own servers. You send and receive mail as usual, from your own address at your domain (for example, "info" at yourbusiness.com). It works like Google Workspace email and costs much less.
What email apps work with this?
Right now, you read and send mail at webmail.buzfind.com. It works in the browser on your phone, tablet, or computer, with nothing to install.
Support for email apps (Apple Mail, Outlook, the Gmail app) is on our roadmap. We are working on the network setup for it and will email customers when it is ready.
What about deliverability? Will my emails land in spam?
We send your mail through a professional outbound email provider, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up so inboxes can tell your mail is really from you. No email provider, including Google or Microsoft, can promise that every message skips the spam folder.
Is there a fair-use and anti-spam policy?
Yes. Every mailbox has a sending limit based on your plan, and email is for normal business use, not spam or bulk mail people did not ask for. If an account sends spam or breaks our policy, we may rate-limit, suspend, or close that one account, without notice. We only act on the account that caused the problem, so other customers are not affected. See our Terms for the full policy.
What happens if I cancel?
Your mailboxes are part of your paid plan. Before you cancel, save any mail you want to keep, and open a support ticket so we can go over what happens to each mailbox. We don't hold your mail hostage. Your mail is yours.
What about per-mailbox storage?
Every mailbox includes 2 GB of storage, which holds a lot of everyday business email. If one mailbox needs more room, the Mailbox+ add-on raises that mailbox to 25 GB for $5/mo.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Your existing domain (yourbusiness.com) works the same way as a BuzFind-hosted subdomain. Add a few DNS records at your registrar (we walk you through it) and email starts flowing.
