Common questions
Is this real business email, or just a forwarder?
Real, full mailboxes hosted on our own infrastructure. You send and receive normally, with your own address at your domain ([email protected]). Same as Google Workspace, just way cheaper.
What email apps work with this?
For day one, use the browser-based webmail at webmail.buzfind.com - works on phone, tablet, computer with nothing to install.
Native email apps (Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail app) are on the roadmap - we're sorting out the network setup for that. We'll email customers when it's ready.
What about deliverability? Will my emails land in spam?
We use a professional outbound provider (the same one most businesses use) with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured automatically. Deliverability is the same as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
What happens if I cancel?
Your existing mailboxes stop accepting new mail at the end of your paid period. You can export everything you have first - we don't hold your mail hostage. Reactivate any time and your mailboxes come back.
What about per-mailbox storage?
Every mailbox includes 2 GB of storage. Most business users never come close. For the rare power user with decades of mail, the Mailbox+ add-on bumps one mailbox to 25 GB for $5/mo.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Your existing domain (yourbusiness.com) works the same way as a BuzFind-hosted subdomain. Add a few DNS records at your registrar (we walk you through it) and email starts flowing.
