How does payment processing work on my store?
Your store uses Stripe for payment processing. Customers enter their card info on a secure Stripe checkout page. The money goes straight to your Stripe account. We never touch your funds.
Is there a limit on how many products I can list?
No hard limit. The initial build includes your first set of products organized into categories. After launch, you can add as many products as you need through the dashboard. Our agents handle the product pages, schema markup, and merchant feed updates.
Do I have to pay Shopify or WooCommerce fees?
No. Your store is built with Next.js and hosted on BuzFind servers. There are no platform fees, no transaction fees from us, and no monthly software subscriptions beyond your $19/mo hosting. Stripe charges their standard processing fee, which goes directly to Stripe - not to us.
Will my products show up on Google Shopping?
Yes. Every product page includes Product schema markup, and we generate a merchant feed that you can submit to Google Merchant Center. This helps your products appear in Google Shopping results and product carousels.
How long does it take to build my online store?
Most e-commerce builds are finished in 3 to 5 business days. The timeline depends on how many products you need listed and how complex your catalog is. You get a live URL as soon as the build is done.
Can I update products and prices after launch?
Yes. Request changes through the dashboard chat. Our agents update product details, prices, images, and inventory. Every change is backed up first so you can revert if something looks wrong.
What if I need more than 15 product pages or 4-6 business pages?
You can add more anytime. Each extra product page is $49 and each extra content page (like a blog post, landing page, or service page) is $39. There is no quote or contract - you approve the addition with one click in your dashboard, and the agent builds the new page for you.
What costs am I responsible for besides the build fee?
