What happens after you order, step by step
A store has more moving parts than a regular site, so here is exactly what we do and what you need to have ready.
- You talk with us first. On a short planning call, we go over what you sell, how many products you have, your shipping rates, and the sales tax you charge. That way we know the store fits your business before you pay anything.
- You set up your own Stripe account. Payments go straight to you. Stripe charges its own fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per US card payment), and we never touch your money.
- You send us your store details. Store name, what you sell, your domain name, and your logo. Then send us your product list with real names, prices, photos, and how many of each you have in stock.
- You pay $3,499 once, plus $19 for the first month of hosting if we host the store. Extra products are $75 each and extra content pages $29, and you see the total before you pay.
- The Site Builder builds your store. That means your 5 pages, your 20 product pages, the shopping cart, and Stripe checkout connected to your own account. We also set up order emails, stock counts, shipping, sales tax, and your Google Shopping feed. Your store is ready 5 to 7 business days after the planning call.
- You check the preview on your own phone. Check every price, photo, and product description, and ask for changes as many times as you need.
- You approve, and the store goes live. If BuzFind manages your domain, we connect it for you. If it is managed somewhere else, we send you the DNS records to add at your domain company and help you set them up. The SSL padlock is included either way, so checkout runs on HTTPS.
- After launch, you send us changes with a support ticket. Change prices, update a description, or swap a photo. We make the change at our hourly rate, with a written estimate first.
What you get, in writing
Before you pay, you should know exactly what you are buying. Here it is, with nothing hidden.
Included in every package
- A set number of pages: 2 (Web Presence), 4 (Business Website), 4 plus a blog (Blog Website), or 5 pages plus 20 product pages with a cart and Stripe checkout (E-Commerce). Extra pages are $29 each, and extra products are $75 each.
- A design built for phones first. You can open the preview on your own phone and computer before you approve it.
- A contact page with tap-to-call and email buttons. A contact form is not part of the packages, but we can add one as a custom extra, billed by the hour.
- An SEO-ready build: every page gets its own title and description, clean headings, schema markup, and a sitemap Google can read. Ongoing SEO work, like keyword research, content, and local SEO, is a separate service.
- An SSL certificate (the padlock and HTTPS), included for as long as we host your site. If you host it somewhere else, SSL is up to that host.
- If we host your site: hosting is $19 a month. The first month is paid at checkout with your build.
- Unlimited revisions to the preview before you approve it. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Help after launch, and what it costs
- Hosting ($19 a month) keeps your site online, with SSL and backups. It doesn't include changes.
- If we host your site, you can change the words on your pages yourself, any time, from your dashboard.
- Other changes after launch (new photos, a new service, a new page) for hosting or plan customers: $110 an hour, with a written estimate first. Just open a support ticket.
- No hosting or plan with us: $150 an hour for a single request, with a 1-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute steps. You get a written estimate before we start.
- Several things to fix at once? Buy a block of hours: 5 hours for $625 ($125/hour) or 10 hours for $1,100 ($110/hour). Blocks are good for 12 months.

What you own
Your store's website is yours: the design, the code, and the words. If you choose self-hosting, you get the full source code when the site is delivered. If we host your site, ask any time and we send you a full copy. Your domain name should be registered in your name, with an email address you control.
Your part
- Buy your own domain name from any domain company and add the DNS records we give you, so it points to your new site. We do not sell domain names yet.
- Renew your domain name on time. If it lapses, your site and email stop working.
- Keep your hosting paid if we host your site.
- Keep your own copies of everything you send us: your logo, photos, and the words for your pages.
- Send us real photos and real facts about your store, and check that everything the site says is true before you approve it.

What exactly do I get for $3,499?
You get a full online store: 5 pages (home, about, contact, shipping and returns, and FAQ) and 20 product pages, each with photos, a description, a price, and Product schema. How does payment processing work on my store?

Will I know when someone places an order?
Yes. Each order sends an email to you with the order details, and your customer gets an order email too. Each product also has its own stock count.
Is there a limit on how many products I can list?
The build includes 20 product pages. You can add more when you order, at $75 for each extra product. Every product page gets its own Product schema markup. If you sell thousands of products, Shopify may be a better fit, and we will tell you that honestly on the planning call.
Do I have to pay Shopify or WooCommerce fees?
No. Your store is built with Next.js and hosted on BuzFind servers. There are no platform fees, no transaction fees from us, and no monthly software subscriptions beyond your $19/mo hosting. Stripe charges its standard processing fee, which goes directly to Stripe.
Will my products show up on Google Shopping?
Your store comes with a Google Shopping product feed, and every product page has Product schema. You add the feed to your own free Google Merchant Center account so Google can list your products. Google decides which products to show and where, so no one can promise a spot in Google Shopping.
How long does it take to build my online store?
We start with a short planning call about what you sell, your shipping, and your sales tax. After that, your store is ready in 5 to 7 business days. You check the preview, and the store goes live when you approve it.
Can I update products and prices after launch?
