What this agent does

The Authority Content Creator is the Linkable Content Writer in your BuzFind workforce. Writes long-form articles in Markdown - research reports, expert guides, pillar content - on whatever topic you give it, at the length and audience you specify.

AI content is everywhere; ranking AI content is not. Google rolled out the Helpful Content System and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) updates specifically to demote thin AI-generated articles. The Authority Content Creator runs your topic through our local Ollama LLM with a prompt that explicitly asks for original framing, specific examples, trust signals (author perspective, sources, data points), and no fabricated statistics. Output is clean Markdown with H2/H3 headings - drop it into your CMS or hand to a developer for paste-in. It is not magic: you still bring the topic, audience, and any context about your business; the agent does the writing.

What it's good at

  • Generating long-form Markdown articles (1,000 to 3,000+ words) on any topic you supply
  • Five content types: research report, expert guide, benchmark study, pillar content, data analysis
  • Hitting a target word count, audience description, and keyword list you provide
  • Including specific examples and avoiding fabricated statistics (the prompt explicitly forbids it)
  • Writing at a 7th-grade reading level when you ask for plain language
  • Returning clean Markdown with H2/H3 structure for easy CMS paste

What this agent is NOT for

  • Short-form social posts (use the Social Automator)
  • Schema-only updates without prose (use the Entity Schema Engineer)
  • Auto-publishing to your CMS - the agent returns Markdown; you paste it in
  • Auto-internal-linking to your own pages - we recommend running the article through your editor and adding internal links by hand for now
  • Brand-voice extraction from samples - you provide voice guidance as free-form business context; we do not yet auto-fingerprint a writing sample

Picking the wrong agent for the job is one of the most common mistakes new BuzFind customers make. If you are not sure, type your question into the dashboard chat - the orchestrator routes you to the right specialist automatically. You can also browse all 25 agents and pick by name.

A real example

You ask: Write a 1,500-word expert guide on choosing a plumber in Fort Wayne, Indiana, audience = homeowners, keywords = emergency plumber, water heater repair, pipe leak.

What you get back: A Markdown article around 1,500 words with clear H2/H3 headings, the keywords woven naturally into the prose, specific examples (e.g., what to ask before hiring, signs of a scam), and a structured intro/body/conclusion. You paste it into your blog or hand it to a developer to publish. You add internal links to your own service pages on review.

Which plan includes this agent

This agent is included starting at the Squad or higher tier. Every plan includes a different mix of agents - see the pricing page for the full breakdown.

The Empire plan ($1,399/mo) unlocks all 25 agents. The Department ($349/mo) and Squad ($179/mo) plans include progressively fewer specialists, picked for the work most small businesses need first. The Soloist plan ($79/mo) gets you a single agent of your choice.

Underlying skills

Every BuzFind agent is built from a stack of focused skill modules. The Authority Content Creator draws on the following:

  • google-seo-guidelines
  • seo-fundamentals
  • content-writing
  • content-strategy
  • keyword-research
  • analytics-reporting

How to actually use it

  1. Sign in at your dashboard.
  2. Type a request into the chat. You can mention the agent by name ("Authority, do X") or just describe what you need - the orchestrator routes it.
  3. Approve any actions the agent suggests. Most agents propose changes; you stay in control of what actually ships.
  4. Review results in the Reports tab. Iterate until the output is what you want.

Frequently asked questions

Will Google penalize me for AI-written content?

Not if the content is good. Google has stated repeatedly that AI-assisted content is fine; what gets demoted is unhelpful, derivative, or thin content regardless of who wrote it. The agent is prompted to add original framing, specific examples, and trust signals. Editing for accuracy and adding your own perspective on review still helps.

How is this different from running ChatGPT or Claude myself?

Functionally, the underlying technology is similar (a large language model). The differences: (1) the prompt is tuned specifically for SEO content with anti-fabrication and trust-signal instructions baked in, (2) it runs on our local Ollama on dedicated hardware so there are no per-article API costs, (3) it lives inside the BuzFind dashboard alongside your other agents, so you can chain tasks (e.g., have the Keyword Strategist run first, then pass topics to this agent).

How many articles can I get per month?

There is no hard cap on the Squad and above plans, but realistic throughput is 4-8 quality articles per month for a Squad customer, 8-16 for Department, more for Empire. Each generation uses LLM compute; we ask customers to be reasonable rather than burst-generating 100 articles a day. If you have specific volume needs, talk to us about a custom plan.

Does the agent add internal links to my other pages?

Not automatically. The agent does not have access to crawl your site during content generation, so it cannot reliably name your other pages. We recommend running the article through your own editorial review and adding internal links to relevant service pages by hand. This is on the roadmap to automate.

Do I need to provide a topic, or can the agent come up with one?

You provide the topic. If you want help picking topics, run a Keyword Strategist task first to get a list of high-opportunity keywords, then pass those to this agent one at a time as articles.

Agents work better together. Here are specialists that pair well with the Authority Content Creator:

  • E-E-A-T Content Guru - Audits your existing content for E-E-A-T - Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust - and returns a graded list of which pages need work and what is missing.
  • Elite SEO Architect - Audits your existing on-page SEO and recommends a keyword + content strategy: which keywords to target on which page, what is broken on existing pages, and which content gaps to fill.
  • Entity Schema Engineer - Audits the schema.
