How much does BuzFind cost?

Four tiers. The price depends on how many of the 25 AI agents are working on your site:

  • Soloist - $79/month. 1 agent of your choice.
  • Squad - $179/month. 3 agents (most popular for new customers).
  • Department - $349/month. 7 agents covering the major SEO areas.
  • Empire - $1,399/month. All 25 agents. Best for competitive markets.

Are there contracts?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

No setup fee, no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment. We earn your business every month.

How cancellation works: when you click cancel, your subscription stays active for the rest of the billing period you already paid for. The renewal that would have charged you next month does not happen.

We do not refund the unused days of your current month. If you cancel on day 2, day 15, or day 28, you keep full access until the end of that billing period and you are not charged again.

This is the same way Netflix, Spotify, and most monthly subscription services work.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The monthly subscription is what you pay. Specifically:

  • No setup fee
  • No platform fee
  • No data overage charge
  • No cancellation fee
  • No agent activation fee

Optional add-ons (one-time Site Builder, one-time Website Audits) have their own clear pricing on their respective pages and are billed separately if you choose to buy them.

Why does BuzFind cost less than traditional SEO agencies?

Two reasons.

AI does the labor. Traditional agencies have humans manually writing content, running audits, and building citations. We built 25 specialized AI agents that handle this work around the clock. The same job, without the salary stack behind it.

We pass the savings to you. Most SEO companies charge $1,500 to $5,000 per month. We deliver the same kind of work for $79 to $1,399. Same outcomes, fairer price.

Is BuzFind really equivalent to a $3,000/month agency?

For most small businesses, yes. The work product is the same: technical fixes, content, schema, local SEO, link building, monitoring.

What you don't get with us:

  • A dedicated account manager who calls you weekly to talk strategy (we offer this for paid customers but it's optional, not bundled)
  • Long meetings and quarterly business reviews (we ship work, not slides)
  • Custom enterprise SaaS integrations (we focus on small business)

If you're a Fortune 500 with a $50K/month SEO budget, you probably need an agency.

If you're a small business that just wants results, BuzFind is a better deal.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time:

  • Upgrades happen instantly. You pay prorated difference for the rest of the current month.
  • Downgrades happen at the end of your current billing period. No refund of difference.

Manage all of this from your dashboard at /dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not prorated. Once a billing cycle starts, the full month is yours, whether you cancel on day 2, mid-month, or in the last week.

There is no refund for the unused days of the current period. Your cancellation simply stops the next month's charge.

You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. This is standard for monthly subscriptions and matches how Netflix, Spotify, and most consumer software handle cancellation.

If something genuinely went wrong (signed up by mistake within 24 hours, an agent caused real harm to your site), call Al at call Al and we will work it out case-by-case.

We are not interested in keeping money from someone who feels mistreated.

One-time products (Site Builder, Audits): refundable for the first 24 hours if work has not started. Once a build or audit has been delivered, no refund.

Do you offer a free trial?

Not a free trial of the SaaS product, but yes a free SEO audit in 30 seconds, no card required. It scans your site and shows what BuzFind would find. Try that first to see what you'd be paying for.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout
  • ACH bank transfer for US customers on the Department or Empire tier

We don't accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. After every successful payment, an itemized receipt arrives in your inbox automatically. It lists the plan you paid for, the date, the amount, and our business address.

If you need a copy resent (lost the original, switched email accounts, accountant asked for a clean one), email al [at] buzfind [dot] com and we'll send it the same day.

Need your business name or tax ID on the receipt? Reply to your first receipt with those details and we'll add them for every future invoice.

What if I have multiple websites?

Each plan covers one primary website. For multi-site or multi-location businesses, contact us for a custom quote. Discount kicks in at 3+ sites.
