How much does BuzFind cost?

There are four plans. The price depends on how many of our 25 AI agents work on your site:

  • Soloist - $129/month. 1 agent of your choice.
  • Squad - $249/month. 3 agents.
  • Department - $499/month. 5 agents covering the major SEO areas.
  • Empire - $1,799/month. All 25 agents. Best for competitive markets.

Need one more agent than your plan includes? You can add extra agents to any plan for $59 a month each, at checkout or from the Add an extra agent button in your dashboard.

Are there contracts?

No. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard.

There is no setup fee, no cancellation fee, and no minimum commitment. We have to earn your business every month.

How cancellation works: when you click cancel, your subscription stays active for the rest of the billing period you already paid for. The renewal that would have charged you next month does not happen.

We do not refund the unused days of your current month. If you cancel on day 2, day 15, or day 28, you keep full access until the end of that billing period and you are not charged again.

Most monthly subscriptions work the same way.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The monthly subscription is what you pay. Specifically:

  • No setup fee
  • No platform fee
  • No data overage charge
  • No cancellation fee
  • No agent activation fee

Extra agents ($59 a month each), Site Builder websites, and one-time website audits are optional. Each has its own price on its page, and you only pay for one if you choose to buy it.

Why does BuzFind cost less than traditional SEO agencies?

Two reasons.

AI does the labor. Traditional agencies have humans manually writing content, running audits, and fixing technical problems. We built 25 AI agents that check your website and write reports and first drafts. That keeps our costs much lower than paying a full team.

We pass the savings to you. Our plans cost $129 to $1,799 a month. Agency prices vary a lot, so compare what each one actually does for the money.

How is BuzFind different from an SEO agency?

Our agents cover a lot of what a small business needs on its own website: technical checks, content drafts, schema, and local SEO checks. Some things agencies often sell, our agents don't do: they don't build links, list you in directories, run ads, or watch your site on a schedule.

What you don't get with us:

  • A weekly strategy call with an account manager. If you want to talk things through, you can book our hourly help.
  • Long meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Custom software integrations for large companies. We work with small businesses.

If you run a large company with a big SEO budget, an agency is probably a better fit.

If you run a small business and want practical help with your website at a fair price, BuzFind is built for you.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time:

  • Upgrades start right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current month.
  • Downgrades happen at the end of your current billing period. The difference is not refunded.

Do all of this from your dashboard: click Manage billing in the left sidebar.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not prorated. Once a billing cycle starts, the full month is yours, whether you cancel on day 2, mid-month, or in the last week.

There is no refund for the unused days of the current period. Your cancellation simply stops the next month's charge.

You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Most monthly subscriptions work this way.

If something really went wrong (signed up by mistake within 24 hours, an agent caused real harm to your site), call a real person on our team at call us and we will work it out case-by-case.

We don't want to keep money from someone who feels they were treated unfairly.

One-time products (Site Builder, Audits): not refunded automatically. If something went wrong with a purchase, open a support ticket and choose "Billing or refund question". A real person on our team will look into it and get back to you.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, there is no free trial. What we do offer is a free SEO audit that takes about 30 seconds, with no card needed. It checks one page of your site and runs a Google PageSpeed test, so you can see how we work. We also offer a free 30-minute call.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, when your device supports them

We don't accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfers (ACH or wire).

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. After every successful payment, an itemized receipt arrives in your inbox automatically. It lists the plan you paid for, the date, the amount, and our business address.

You can also download every invoice any time: click Manage billing in your dashboard and open your invoice history. If you would rather we send a copy, email and we'll send it.

Need your business name or tax ID on your invoices? Add them under Billing details in the billing portal, and they show on every invoice after that.

What if I have multiple websites?

Each plan covers one primary website. We do not have a multi-site discount. If you have more than one website, contact us and we will tell you what fits. On a Local SEO plan, each extra location is $249 a month.
